About Us and Our Images 

Since a teenager, I have been capturing the artistic beauty of God's Creation in Pictures so as to share with others what God has given to us. "To God be the glory" for the beauty He has created. "All things were made by him, and without him was not any thing made." (John 1:3)

The METADATA of each image includes this statement: "This photograph was taken by Roger Roppel of Huntington, West Virginia, USA. It is available without charge, without copyright, and is Public Domain, which means I forfeit all exclusive intellectual property rights. While anyone may use this picture for any purpose, I would ask that it not be entered into competition. Also, I would encourage that it be used by evangelical, Christ centered churches, ministries, missionaries and Christian organizations. Thank you."

Most images were photographed at a 2 x 3 ratio. Cropping results in other ratios, such as 1 x 1, 4 x 5 or 16 x 9. If you need an image returned to the original ratio, just write and request it. Use the "Contact Us" page to contact us.
